The XP Performance is ideal for applications where high temperature performance is required.  After decades of design and development with race teams around the world, Disc Brakes Australia developed a proprietary cast iron (XG-150) for use in all of its premium performance disc brake rotors. This specially formulated iron is rich in carbon and alloyed to produce excellent thermal characteristics, which is a key factor in the production of the casting, combined with patented 'Kangaroo Paw' ventilation design. With its supersaturated solution of carbon in an iron matrix, the excess carbon precipitates out in the form of graphite flakes. The morphology of these graphite flakes provide excellent thermal properties, increasing the thermal shock resistance and allowing it to survive rapid thermal cycling with core-heat levels of approximately 1290ºF and above.
All DBA T3 5000 series rotors are slotted; slotting limits the possibility of glazing your brake pads and allows better 'pad-bite' under extreme braking conditions. Slotting constantly improves the disc pad friction face by wiping away the impurities and resins in the friction material.

Hawk Performance Ceramic brake pads are engineered to create a quiet and clean performance brake pad

Hawk HP Plus Brake Pads

Hawk HP Plus brake pads are high friction street pads

The DS2500 compound is primarily designed for high performance road use however its excellent temperature range make DS2500 our most highly recommended street/track 'combo' pad. Particulary effective where a high temperature range is required with low to medium friction requirements such as lower grip tires and/or surfaces.
These pads have long been our favorite pad to recomend to modern high performance car owners where usefulness in a variety of conditions is desired. Aside from moderate dusting and some potential for noise you can run these pads in most street and light track conditions.
DS2500 has a moderate friction level that remains constant throughout the working range. Ferodo DS Performance pads are supplied to you 'ready to perform' which means that they reach maximum efficiency after only one or two brake applications. As braking temperatures rise DS2500 performance continues to deliver consistent and reliable braking. This graph illustrates an impressively stable friction level up to the maximum operating temperature.

AX6 offers high fade resistance, rotor friendliness at all temperatures and excellent cold stopping power. As a result, AX6 is an excellent choice for Autocross and has gained tremendous popularity with SCCA Prosolo/Solo2 competitors for its outstanding all around performance. Many drivers use the AX6 for street driving as well, even though Carbotech doesn't recommend street driving with AX6 due to possible elevated levels of dust and noise.

DSUNO is the latest heavy duty racing material from Ferodo Racing. It has replaced DS2.11 and is already race proven in GT, touring car, Formula & rally. The technical objective for the material was to provide a high friction output, whilst improving pad and disc life and to offer excellent modulability throughout the brake event. The latter means the risk of wheel lock is significantly reduced compared to other pads with the same high nominal friction coefficient, without any loss of output. This is the ultimate feel-good pad.

Released in a limited number of shapes for 2019, the DS3.12 is the latest evolution in Ferodo's DS line. The Ferodo Racing DS3.12 pad compound works for club racing, HPDE, and time trials. The DS3.12 shows a slightly rising torque curve across a broad temperature range. It has a higher mu than Ferodo's other compounds, so not as much leg pressure is required to initiate the desired response. In dyno testing, the DS3.12 has shown superior wear rates to the other Ferodo compounds, while remaining kind to the discs.

Several brake pads on the market boast ceramic technology. DS1.11 is the real thing. It is based upon a chemical family known as Siloxanes. Unlike carbon based materials, siloxane chains do not decompose at high temperatures and so DS1.11 keeps working up to the highest temperatures a brake pad could see. That means it won't fade and has excellent life. Moreover the performance remains exactly the same throughout the pad's life.
 It is formulated to provide a very flat friction profile at a medium/high level of friction. The pad compression is very low, so pedal travel is short and consistent.

G-LOC R10 Brake Pads

The R10 compound has a controllable initial bite and a flat torque curve.

The Pagid RST 1 is a high friction compound with very good initial bite and a progressive torque curve. Very fade resistant. Suitable for applications with high down-force and / or very high grip. RST 1 has a very high friction level and high temperature resistance. It is a semi metallic resin bonded material containing steel fibers. Cold friction and initial bite makes this material most appropriate for Rally and NASCAR applications.
Popular applications: Rally tarmac, GT cars and Touring cars circuit racing (sprint), high down-force formula cars, NASCAR. Suitable for applications in heavy cars and where high torque is necessary against small diameter rotors.

Pagid RST 3 racing brake pads offer high bite and are considered a sprint race brake pad.

The Pagid RS 29 racing compound combines the outstanding wear rate of the RS19 with a slightly higher coefficient of friction and initial bite. Based on the RS14, a slight reduction of the friction value improves the modulation (controllability). Nevertheless, the friction value is enough for cars without power-assisted brake system and ensures comfortable low effort on the brake pedal. Fade resistant up to 1,100°F (600°C). This combination of friction value, fading stability and low wear rates on pads and discs (rotors) is unmatched. Due to its excellent release characteristics and controllability PAGID endurance materials are also often used for sprint races.
Popular applications: Very popular in club racing and track days. GT cars, Touring cars and prototype endurance racing. Due to excellent modulation characteristics also often used in sprint races.

Brake Rotors

The Girodisc 2 piece rotor system is a direct replacement for the OEM brake disc and unless noted no additional modifications are necessary. The disc will bolt directly to the car and work perfectly with OEM calipers. 
Center hats are made from U.S. sourced 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The discs are made from Girodisc proprietary cast iron, poured in the USA and machined from start to finish in house at Girodisc. The discs use a curved vane design developed in racing that acts as a centrifugal pump to efficiently move cooling air.
The rotor and hat are a floating mount design which uses high strength alloy steel drive pins secured by grade 12 cap screws and hardened washers. The floating system allows both axial and radial float to keep the rotor self centered under high heat conditions. Spring washers are also used to reduce rattle under cold or light use operation. 
Hardware is cadmium plated for long lasting corrosion resistance. 
Designed and manufactured in the USA with USA sourced materials.
 Once the Girodisc system is in place, simply replace the cast iron rotor when needed. 
Girodisc rotors are sold/priced per pair.
